Order Finality

Due to the nature of our products and quality control procedures, all sales are generally considered final once an order has been processed and shipped. We encourage customers to review order details carefully before completing a purchase.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a package that is damaged during transit or contains incorrect items, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We may request photos of the packaging and contents to review the situation.

Lost Shipments

If a shipment is marked as delivered by the carrier but cannot be located, customers should first check with household members or neighbors and contact the carrier directly. We will assist where possible, but delivery confirmation from the carrier is considered proof of delivery.

Refund Eligibility
